Shipping + Processing Time
Each item on our website has a different processing time frame due to our items being custom made. This time frame determines when you can expect to receive your order! Shipping time frames can be found directly on the product page under the "Availability" tab. This time frame includes business days only, no weekends or holidays.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ORDER ONCE IT HAS SHIPPED AND A TRACKING NUMBER HAS BEEN PROVIDED! PLEASE CONTACT USPS REGARDING ANY ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER.
ANY PACKAGES RETURNED BACK TO US DUE TO INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS WILL HAVE A $5 RESHIP FEE.
Order Status Definitions:
Awaiting Fulfillment: Your order has been received and is now within the processing time frame. Once your order ships, your status will change to shipped. We are moving as fast as we can to ensure a timely delivery, but unfortunately there is no way to expedite orders at this time.
Shipped: Once your order has shipped, we'll send you an email with your tracking number. You can also check the progress on USPS website.
Received/Delivered: Your package has been delivered.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to our items being custom-made, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
